“Take up an idea. Make that one idea of your life-think of it, dream of it, and live on that idea. Let the brain, muscles, nerves, every part of your body, be full of that idea, and just leave every other idea alone. This is the way to success that is way great spiritual giants are produced".

With population explosion in India, nearly two crores young Indian citizens enter the job market every year (as per Government survey). With economic stagnation worldwide, lack of sufficient new manufacturing based factories, the job market has grown merely at a rate 2% per annum ( between 2000 – 2012), according to Ministry of Labour and Employment, Govt. of India. In a country, where crores of graduates, post graduates and engineers are unemployed, who will think about the underprivileged youth of India, who cannot finish formal education and enter a college, due to economic constraints?

Govt. of India has identified Tourism sector, particularly hospitality Industry, as a major generator of employment. Hospitality Industry, which is labour intensive by nature, requires 2 lakhs of skilled and semi-skilled persons in a year as against the annual supply of mere 18000 persons (according to 2004 survey of Ministry of Tourism, Government of India).

The inception of Silver Lining Institute of Education came out from a dream to render social services to the unemployed, underprivileged youth, particularly from rural areas, by offering them skill based training, suitable for Hospitality Industry, and subsequently assisting them to join the same Industry through placement services. Here, at the Institute, we not only produce professionals, but also responsible citizens and good human beings. Those, who enter the fold of Silver lining family once, we promise them a lifelong association and mentorship,.

Join Silver Lining Institute of Education as a student and contribute towards the economic growth of the country.

In a huge country like “India”, which was under foreign rule for two hundred years, it is indeed a mammoth task to bring overall development, both socially and economically. Majority of our massive population are still illiterate and belong to the economically backward class. In spite of numerous welfare plans and programs for the upliftment of the economic status of the poor, very little success has been achieved so far.

The young generation needs to do job oriented skill development training on their preferred trade for generating livelihood; so that "feeling of hopelessness" will be reduced in respective locality as well as all idle manpower can contribute towards national economic growth. It’s needless to say today that, the demand of skilled & fit personnel in all industry (Hospitality, Retail, Aviation, IT or ITES) is mounting day by day. However, the paucity of model fit & trained professionals is a great problem for us. We are unable to utilize our gigantic young manpower, due to lack of awareness and proper knowledge about changes of socio economic conditions around us and availability of jobs industry wise.

At SLIE, we need co-operation from guardians and students to develop the concept “Nothing is Impossible - If We Want”, among unemployed youths and their hopeless family members. We are ensuring "highest value for money & time" spent by all of our stakeholders since our inception.

I personally believe that if we develop ourselves as a good & fit human being (Model Citizen) of the society, willing to do hard work (physically or mentally), remove our unwanted ego factors, full confidence on ourselves  and understand our own “Heart Calling” without being deviated by others decisions or comments, then "Value & Success" both will be achieved automatically. As the task is vast, so we “Indians” have to stop individually the issues like unemployment, corruption, applying short cut methods to get success for the continual development of India in front of the world.
